The design renovation for this upscale 11-acre Biotech Campus renovation included the addition of a sports court, exterior dining area, grottos, courtyards, and pedestrian gathering nodes. Interconnecting pathways were planned in conjunction with expansions to the buildings and the addition of a new building to the complex.
