This 50 acre site includes housing development, preservation of existing orchards, restoration of native grassland and the dedication of a significant amount of open space to the County of San Diego. Project site assessment, open space existing vegetation assessment, conceptual plans, and final planting and irrigation plans were conducted for both community development and restoration areas.
