These projects included complete building and landscape renovations for two Bachelor’s Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) residential buildings located on Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI). The landscape improvements consisted of the preservation of mature trees, new low water use turf-like ground cover areas, and a plant palette complementary of the coastal context while being arid climate appropriate. The irrigation system was designed to provide efficient delivery and utilized a central control with real time weather adjustment capability.
