Camp Lockett Equestrian Event Facility Master Plan and Design*

The CLEEF master plan was prepared for an 82 acre portion of the historic Camp Lockett. Tasks included interviewing CLEEF staff, site inventory, site analysis, graphic preparation, and utility coordination. Special planning conditions of this project include sensitive habitats, historic structures, and the inclusion of overnight RV and camping facilities. Event center amenities were integrated into the landscape surrounding the historically designated Ferguson House that includes a museum dedicated to the Buffalo Soldiers formerly stationed at the base.
