The SWLA team is proud to be leading the site renovation of this important 20-acre SEAL training facility and headquarters. The project was designed to create a campus like atmosphere with amenities including a large ceremonial plaza, a combat dive training tank, and exterior gathering spaces that reflect the heritage of the original SEAL training facility this project replaced. In addition to a landscape plant palette that includes primarily local native species and a high efficiency irrigation system, the landscape was designed to protect adjacent high priority coastal environmental resources, including listed bird species.
