Our team is performing the technical review for the Joint Power Authority (JPA) on this significant water supply enhancement to provide a “new, local, sustainable and drought-proof” water source for our region and is designed to produce up to 30% of the potable water demand for east county residents. Our tasks include review and design support for the landscape and ecosystems of the purification facility & pipelines to storage facilities. Additionally we have developed interpretive landscape concepts for the Lake Jennings outfall and trail portion of the project.
