The San Marcos Blvd Complete Streets Plan is a one and a half mile long master planning project. The site is both an important regional transportation route and local entertainment zone.  Careful planning was done to incorporate a safer multi-modal transportation link and to enhance the pedestrian experience for safe routes to school, multi-use zoning and new community development while respecting existing adjacent planning areas and special status habitat.
